Scores, progress, and preferences are stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for loss of this data resulting from clearing your browser storage, switching devices or browsers, or browser or device failure.
All game names, artwork, code, and content on the Service are the property of Joyvico or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in this section limits any consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable Canadian law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joyvico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Joyvico's operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. This section will be updated with the specific governing jurisdiction once Joyvico's operating entity is finalized.
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
